1: VΓB - RΓA (Iceland)
OOH nice beat right from the get-go! Ooooh ya got me shakin' mah butt already! And it's in Icelandic? π Niiiiice!! Great energy! I like, I like! ... haha that person swimming across the stage xD OOOOH KEY CHANGE!!!!!! ICELAND YEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH!! What a great start!
2: Justyna Steczkowska - GAJA (Poland)
WHOA nice opening!!! Ooh, and it's (at least partly) in Polish! (YouTube subtitles are helpfully saying, "Foreign speech. Foreign speech." LMAO) Ehhhh but the chorus is a bit naff, though. I like the overall vibe, but the chorus really could've been better. Everything before it was so powerful.
3: Klemen - How Much Time Do We Have Left (Slovenia)
Oh my. Just outright says it. Alright. ... Ooh wow, really going for the gut-punch there. Blimey. I think it'll need further listens before I can really decide whether I like the song itself or not, but that is certainly a memorable one.
4: Tommy Cash - Espresso Macchiato (Estonia)
HAHAHA he really loves coffee huh? "MY DAYS ARE VERY BOO-SY" xDDDD Y'know what, it's always fun to have silly entries like this in the Eurovision. "That's why I'm sweating like a mafioso" xDDDD
5: Ziferblat - Bird of Prey (Ukraine)
o.o Okay. That's a very 80s looking outfit. Did. Did I step into a time warp without realising? Anyway, the song. It's unusual - enough that I'm unsure it'll get through to the Final - but it'll definitely require more listens on my part.
6: KAJ - Bara Bada Batsu (Sweden)
Ah, the famous Bara Bada Bastu, eh? ... Is this what all the hype was about? It's alright, but we've had better entries already tonight. ... Oh okay, nice key change. Doesn't upgrade this from just 'alright', though. Is it just popular because that guy keeps saying "sauna," or...?
7: NAPA - Deslocado (Portugal)
I like that Portugal almost always sing in Portuguese. -βΏ- ... song's not doing anything for me, though.
8: Kyle Alessandro - Lighter (Norway)
Ehhhhhh. It's alright. Might grow on me with time. Maybe. The knight armour-esque-thing is fun, though.
9: Red Sebastian - Strobe Lights (Belgium)
Red Sebastian certainly is red. (It is a good colour.) Heh, and that title! Know what to expect visually, then! Some tuning issues, although funnily enough, on some of the lower notes. Generally rather good on the high notes! The song will require some more listens, but this one I think is likely to grow on me. I do like that ELECTRONIC sound.
10: Mamagama - Run With U (Azerbaijan)
Oof, opening with tuning issues. Chorus ain't bad, and the song might grow on me. Could be catchy. Live performance is leaving a bit to be desired, though. This ain't going through to the Final is it LOL
11: Gabry Ponte - Tutta l'Italia (San Marino)
Ooh! Beginning's got some pep! And that's some mask π ... why is the statue chewing gum? ... okay I thought I was being silly when I said that but then it literally blew a gum bubble, okay. Chorus is fairly fun, and I like how upbeat the song is overall. Likely to grow on me, I think.
12: Shkodra Elektronike - Zjerm (Albania)
Y'know, I love that Albania almost always sounds Albanian. Good on you, Albania! And ooh! I think I like that chorus! Powerful overall feel to the song. And I love her outfit, of course. Red is a very good colour. Ooh. I think I like this song!!
13: Claude - C'est la vie (The Netherlands)
Oooooh. A very engaging beginning. I like that the song bounces between English and French. Chorus is fun! Ooh! I like it!! I'm dancin'!!! ... does the title have anything to do with what happened last year, I wonder?
14: Marko BoΕ‘njak - Poison Cake (Croatia)
π Oh?!?!? OOH!!! πππ That chorus sure is something. Ooooooh Croatia. You always do bring something interesting. Ho-hoooo!! I like it!!! Yesss, Croatia!!!! Ooooooh the extra dancey bit at the end!! That was such fun!! Thank you Croatia!!!! And the exclamation mark button too!!!!!!!!!!

π Ooh! OOOOOOH!!! THAT'S A GOOD CHORUS!!!!!! Yeeeesssss Cyprus, YEEEESSSSSS!!!! Delightful electronic sound, very danceable, quite thrilling. EXCELLENT!!
