Eurovision final 2013: N's thoughts

1: Amandine Bourgeois - L'enfer et moi (France)
Oh, FRANCE! Now this is quality! Sexy, sultry, fabulous.

5: El Sueño de Morfeo - Contigo hasta el final (Spain)
She's a cutie, but the song is kind of... meh.

11: Cascada - Glorious (Germany)
Cascada in the Eurovision, eh? And it's not bad. Could grow on me.

15: Bonnie Tyler - Believe in Me (United Kingdom)
Well, it's definitely better than last year's dull entry, but it's no winner.

16: Robin Stjernberg - You (Sweden)
Okay, I think I might actually kinda like this. Likely to grow on me.

23: Marco Mengoni - L'essenziale (Italy)
And last but not least of the entries that went straight through to the Final, we have Italy! Dude has a nice voice and a fab quiff. Not sure the song is doing much for me, though.





FRANCE'S ENTRY IS BRILL. Sweden is also pretty good. The UK... well, maybe we won't come last this year. Maybe.

I'm watching Eurovision by myself this year. It's just not the same without a crowd to heckle with though so I'll have to write down notes and post to the internet as I go along. I'd watch the semi-final videos on youtube, but I don't want to ruin the "wtf?!" value on the night as I tend to give extra snark awards for costumes. :D
